Great app
If only maya can really help fellow kabayan to get a loan well then maya is an app that you were looking for, though they're still working on it I hope it will be of great success and implementation because it’s another way you can help most especially the family of our ofws and ofws as well
Something is wrong with the app..
I am not in Philippines. Recently I bought a roaming sim & I’m sure that it’s working. Installed the app, encountered the same problem for almost a week now. Informed the customer service of PayMaya. Whatever suggestions they have given, I have done already. It’s the last step that is giving me a trouble after following everything to a T. It says as a security measure it can’t proceed. No one can explain exactly what kind of security measure it could be when I’m just simply trying to register an account? If it’s giving me a trouble just for signing up what more once I started using the app? It doesn’t help that when you want to chat you’ll be talking to a bot.
TRANSACTION HISTORY
I used the app to pay an SSS bill a few months ago and assumed it was processed as the money was deducted. A few months have passed (+6) I was informed that I was not fulfilled as shown in the SSS website. I contacted their “Maya Care” and requested a transaction history for that month but they could not provide so as they only keep 6 months worth of history.
They told me that in their end they fulfilled the payment and need to contact SSS for that matter which I would NEED to have some sort of proof/evidence for that transaction which THEY CANNOT PROVIDE.
I have used this application for a long time and I cant believe whats happened. PHP -15K.
