Very Good game BUT

The game generally is very good and entertaining but When the 2 characters Flo and Penny crash their car and clean up miss bell stars manor the house and the car are loading and when I want to customize it I can’t really see what I’m customizing even though my internet is good.. I’m not really sure if it is an error as I just downloaded the game and I’m in level 20 and I hope to fix this small error other than that the story, animation, and the concept of the game is very good.
