Excellent Service from Ms. lovely
I recently had the pleasure of using the Pet Corner mobile app for my booking needs, and I must say, my experience was exceptional! What truly stood out during my experience was the outstanding assistance I received from Ms. Lovely. From the moment I reached out for help with my booking, she was incredibly proactive and attentive. Ms. Lovely went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered and that my booking was tailored to my specific needs. Her warm demeanor and professionalism made the entire process feel seamless and stress-free.
Pet basic grooming
The call center is very bad
They are not good at time
I paid for the service and they didnt show up at desirable time, they came at 8 we were already sleeping, I waked them to come next day during daylight they said they have no appointments
and when I asked the representative, her name is Lovely to refund the money she just shut down the chat and stopped answering my messages.
I don’t recommend them at all
Exceptional customer service
Not once, not twice, but at all times since making Pet Corner my go to provider for all things dog related I’ve experienced exceptional customer service attended to by experienced professionals.
