Need Improvements!
I highly appreciate the steps taken by PIA to improve its services and customer experience which is way better than before.
But being a PIA app user I must say that the reviews from other people are true and this app needs many improvements. Every time when I open this app for booking, it disappoints me and I ended up landing on the website for booking because of the errors it has.
PIA team seriously needs to improve its testing department and follow best practices for quality assurance and product development for this app Otherwise they will loose the credibility and users will stop using it.
I still have given good ratings because I personally feel that criticizing something is easier than doing something.
National assets should be treated like our own kids. Everyone should contribute to help them grow. I am eager to serve PIA with my expertise in software without any benefit but unfortunately didn’t get any chance up to now.
Great Customer Service
Spoke with one of the PIA representatives a while back on PIA’s Intl helpline number. The guy I spoke with named Sharukh Ali and my experience of this few minutes call is wow 👏👏
1. Call got connected in less than a minute time.
2. He spoke very politely and was so humble throughout the call.
3. He listened carefully and responded very clearly with positive attitude.
4. Excellent customer service and improved a lot compare to before.
Thanks for all his support he provided and appreciate his efforts.
Update the App
Is there any time line when the application will be updated. When ever calling the customer support they said the app will be updated soon. Either customer support are liars or misinformed. And in the same time they are not updated with the information.
Simply saying very very poor customer support system.
