Dear Pinterest,

Ur app is AMAZING! I’m obsessed! It doesn’t have ads all over the place and it’s really fast! The idea of boards are interesting! The business account profile is wonderful! It really shows the profile really well! It doesn’t crash every other second like other apps. Creating accounts and logging in is easy as pie!

One problem is there for me though: I am not able to see story pins. I can only see the first cover pin. People always write stuff like, best Starbucks recipes, shoutouts of the day, quotes of the day, guess my age, etc. I am not able to see the next pin. It also doesn’t show the story pin sign. I used to be able to see them. I can only see 1 person’s story pins. I even tried to follow them and see if I can see it then but I couldn’t. Do u need story pin access to be able to see them, I can’t get them because I don’t live in the US. I feel like I miss out on a lot of things because of this. Please fix this and pls reply.

Conclusion: highly recommend, safe for children 10+. Switching accounts is very easy. Best kind of social media. It’s an artist’s dream. Has a lot of inspiration about everything. If u have crashing it could be a device problem too.

pinterest is a very lovely app and i genuinely love using it, but last night i randomly got logged out of my account while on the app and i got told that my account has been deactivated because of ”suspicious“ activity going on and that i’m too young to be using the app, although i went on app store and checked u have to be over 12 to use the app and i am over twelve, my age on the app is 15 (which is how old i am) and yet its not letting me back in, i’ve went on a website that they told me to go onto but they only gave me two options to prove that i wasn’t lying about my age which was my government ID or my birth certificate, the site seems really sketchy tho and i don’t want to put any personal information on there.

i’ve notified Pinterest about the problem 2 times already and they told me they’ll get back to me, which i hope they do because the email that i got from them (which gave me the link to the ”sketchy“ website) told me that if i don’t get my account reactivated within 14 days it’ll be deleted and i don’t want that.

i’ve also tried making a new account but every time i put my email in it brings me to the ”log in“ section and i only have one email and don’t want to put a random one in incase i have troubles with my new account as well.

please fix this problem as i am old enough to use the app and don’t understand why they deactivated my account for no certain reason.

So I’m obsessed with Pinterest and it’s just AMAZING!!! But I’ve got one problem, I’m 14 years old but my parents are strict and won’t let me have a phone until I graduate from school but anyways I asked them if I could post pins and stuff like idea pins and they said it was ok and when I tried to it would just show me two options, create a board or pin but no idea pin! Btw I have an iPad… then I realized that we can’t post idea pins on iPads it has to be phones and when I begged my parents to buy me a phone they wouldn’t agree so plzzzz it would be AMAZING if u would let people with iPads to post idea pins cuz not all parents let their kids get phones until they graduate! It would mean A LOT to me and soo many others who have the same problem! PLZ! I’M BEGGING UUUU! 🥺🥺🥺 I hope u see my review and change it in an upcoming update! It would mean a lot!!
