Amazing when it works!

The app is amazing until it crashes, you subscribe and then can no longer use it! The team don’t respond to emails either to help solve the problem. It’s a server issue for sure. Holding so much content and keeps crashing....

Would be a 5 if it worked again!

Totally hate it!

There are so many bugs and so many times it crashes. There is no way you can use the app on the iPad in landscape mode. Sometimes the files won’t upload when I log in through Safari or Chrome. Sometimes the existing grid won’t show and i have to refresh page several times to see the grid. It has no option of tagging the location, it takes forever to upload data at times. I was on the verge of cancelling my subscription last month but they offered a 50% discount and mentioned they were coming up with few changes so I could give it a shot for another 3 months, however I got a 50% off only on the first brand and not on the additional brands already on the account, so the discount didn’t make any sense to me. After wasting my time everyday with several delays I am finally cancelling my subscription and won’t use it even if it’s offered for free.

They tried to hack my account

I downloaded this app cause i thought i’d give it a try and when i tried logging in i couldn’t so i went to my instagram app to see what’s going on and then it said i had suspicions log in which is weird i changed my password and then tried logging again and it didn’t work so i went to my instagram and i got the same message again that’s when i realized they’re trying to log in my account don’t use this app all they do is try getting your information
