Here is another helpful tool that calculates the correct lighting level for your greens! Just click the Light Meter button and point the camera at the plant. Our AR-based technology will automatically scan the nearest environment, measure the amount of light, and tell if you need to move the plant to a brighter or shadier spot.

► Care Plans

Plantkeeping will become even more effortless with our Personalized Care Plans. Request a plan for almost any species, from common houseplants to exotic cultivars. Your Snake plant care needs some improvements, or maybe you just got your first air plant and are not sure what to do with it? Get thorough watering, fertilization, lighting, and even pruning instructions easily and make ‘em grow!

► Care Notifications

Our users say that our plant care app helps with organizing daily routines! Keep calm – we will send your reminders to make sure that all your green pets are following their watering and fertilization schedules. Moreover, there are special weather notifications so that you will be warned in case of storms, freezing temperatures, and other unfavorable conditions that may harm your outdoor oasis.

Bad customer service & vague diagnosis of plants

Beware when you upgrade! I upgraded from a weekly subscription to a year subscription and was still charged a weekly payment (2 x week charges went out on the same day after I had paid for a year). When asking for a refund I was told that the system for week vs year subscription is different (they don’t speak to each other) and that I should have gone in and cancelled my week subscription after I upgraded. There is nothing they would do as I signed the T&Cs saying non-refundable. Obviously I would have cancelled my weekly if I had known that this would happen but I had assumed that my account would update when I upgraded (I still feel like that makes total sense?!) I understand the non-refund policy for those who change their mind but I thought it a little unfair that they weren’t yielding for a customer in this situation. I also see that others have had this issue and don’t understand why they wouldn’t note this somewhere when upgrading (be transparent with your paying customers, give them some helpful guidance so you avoid this disappointing situation!)

I would recommend that you find another app before choosing this one. Am sure there will be a free one that is just as good. None of my plants have been diagnosed clearly - all are vague/general and all point to botanist guidance (which is extra fee). Overall, not worth the money or hassle.

Fake app

I took free trial. Before the expiry of free trial, I cancelled my subscription, still it has deducted weekly amount twice. After cancellation, premium membership still shows Active but the option to cancel membership disappeared after I cancelled it the first time. I don’t really know what to do next as there is no customer care phone number. It has already deducted 60dhs and I am worried how much more this app gonna deduct even if am not interested in it. Looks like a fake one.
