Keeps loading

App used to work fine, but now it shows loading and that never ends. When ever i type some words, and play, it keeps loading! Please fix this issue. Thanks
Beside that, it is the best app

Great - easy to use - app

One of the best animation apps for mobile. Once Installed, you will find yourself creating amazing contents that really impress others . The app however needs some tweaks and add ins to make it more close to perfection, however im very much satisfied with the contents. I suggest to include more corporate related scenes like warehouses, racks and forklifts, industry related, more offices, construction sites related, etc. its worth every supscription penny you pay, i highly recommend.
Kindly fix the subscription issue, everytime i switch from mobile to ipad i need to restore purchases, and kindly include the created files into cloud to sync between the devices. Another suggestion, if you can include more than 2 people interaction capability, and also adding more accessories, clothes, hairstyles, actions between actors, etc..Thanks alot.

Issues with the already uploaded item

I’m one of the customers who downloaded the program from the beginning like 5 or 6 years back I bought so many scene and characters and when the update started whatever I bought it lost after the update and I should purchased it again it is not nice
I tried so many times to get back whet everything I purchased befor but I couldn’t it shows what I bought but I can’t uploaded
