Bugs in latest update
App was buttery smooth before the update however in the latest version, whenever you tap into an open position and go in it, the app freezes and causes random crash. Have to force kill the app and then restart to make it work.

Very huge shock
Every thing understandable that u can lose and u can but al large amount of money but I was shocked !!!!!!!!!that when I do a withdraw and still under process the 500 plus can cancel it and cover the margin loss... that was something unacceptable and I will add it in the rating in the apple store coz I think this how everybody is losing there money with you after making a very good profit .
If I knew that I will not ever never trade when I ask for withdraw and there is money in my account .its a very big trick .so ur money is not safe not sure if only 500 plus do that when anther app confirm to me that they don’t .
An really not happy with that when I do a withdraw it has to be safe .Plus 500 should sell the trade orders when it’s reach the margin with out using my withdraw order it has to protected .
Unacceptable at all
Bad costumer service and Support team
I had one not even a big problem but a small issue with my bank card which got damaged and I had to replace it , my bank doesn't provide or give a cancellation statement due to the fact that it's an online bank . I contacted them for weeks and keep in mind I was a new user so I'm not very familiar with the rules besides helping me and trying to make it easier since I invested sooo much money in the platform they gave me case 22.7 which means I can't use the platform anymore " for one tiny issue " . I had to email them begging and apologizing in hopes they will remove the 22.7 case they replied back so rudely and said "no"
