Plus500 Trading Platform 4+

App was buttery smooth before the update however in the latest version, whenever you tap into an open position and go in it, the app freezes and causes random crash. Have to force kill the app and then restart to make it work.

It took me almost 2 years so i can take an accurate review.
Will start with positive things first
- the app is really easy to use
Like seriously between all those trading apps there,this one is least complicated is straight to the point,everything is simple and clear.
-withrawal time is crazily fast like seriously i get my money in dubai within 3 days!
-support available 24/7 and they reply with seconds.

Negative about the app:
Nothing to say about the app its self!

-customer support have nothing to offer or help with if you lost your money due to quick movement of the chart,unless its proven problem with app believe me its pointless even to email support! They have nothing to do for you and they can be really assertive! Guess they used of people crying about money loss all the time!
-yiu can lose your entire capital in seconds! Put this in mind before jumping into any position!!

Overall the app is very convenient! If youa re an expert and know what you are doing this is the app for you!

If you are new and have no clue an advice dont even download this app you will get broke!

I want to share my experience with Plus500 to help others make informed decisions. I opened an account and started trading through their platform. In the beginning, due to lack of experience, I lost a significant amount — over AED 129,000.

Determined to learn, I took a trading course and started again with a small amount. As I began trading more responsibly and started to see returns, I suddenly received an email from Plus500 stating that my account would be terminated under Clause 22.6 of their User Agreement — with no proper explanation.

They gave me 14 days to close all positions and withdraw any remaining funds. I tried contacting support multiple times, but never received a clear answer from the relevant department. It was extremely frustrating and stressful.

Eventually, after I closed my account, I did receive AED 5,674, which was the remaining balance — but the way the whole situation was handled left me with serious doubts about the platform’s fairness and transparency.

I believe users deserve better treatment. My experience felt more like being punished for trying to recover and trade smartly, rather than being supported. Please be cautious if you plan to trade on Plus500.
