Very disappointed
I choose the free trail to try the app then i can decide if i want to continue to use this app or no but i shocked because suddenly debited the full amount from my account, in the same second i choose free trail!!!
I really disappointed..be careful because the app will force you to choose free trail and ask to access your payment card then they will debit before you finish the free trail
If there is 0 start I'd to give because even the chat support not reply to me

Hi Rashaaljalam. We are really sorry to disappoint you :( As we told you before, we don't have access to your financial transactions. The payment goes through AppStore. Please check if you have received only the purchase invoice or if you have been debited too (invoice may come without debit). If the money was debited, please use our refund instruction (we sent it to you in response to your request on the same day you wrote to us - October 30, we see that the response was read 🤔 But if necessary, we can forward it to you by any preferred way!).
