For me my doctor was nice and liked a dermatologist doctor, however a general doctor for my husband wasn’t that much helpful. He had a pain in his back, he took injection, but it’s still paining. 3 days passed already and still no improvement. Hope he will get soon. In general service is good, polite and nice. Hospital is clean and location is convenient for me. Also would like to appreciate a nurse who did injection for me in the second day. I think she is new, but I can see she is good as my Veins are very thin and usually it’s so hard to do it, but she was nice. Unfortunately I don’t know names
Dr. Viva Sharma ( Gynecologist)
Such a great office and doctor Viva Sharma(gynecologist).The wait times are relatively short (usually 15 minutes maximum). The doctor and nurse practitioner are so understanding in sheikh zayed road prime medical center.I’ve never had an issue with either of them. Office staff is great too – very friendly and professional!

Poor service
I tried to book for an appointment in the afternoon and I was told there was no need to book one I can walk in . I went to the clinic at 6:20 pm and to my surprise they tell me Dr Amira is fully booked. The Philippine nurse told me to wait and from 6:30 till 9 pm I was not served . I am very sick and it took this long … I have been using Prime Barsha for a long time and today I said this is the last time I will visit Prime Medical Clinic . The standards have reduced from 90% to 5% . I am really disappointed if only you knew how sick I am …. I regret I could have gone to Medcare or any other close clinic …
