Good app, but needs some enhancements

Very good app with great apartments options, I would like to suggest to turn off the automatic portrait orientation when you click on the pictures it’s very annoying you won’t be able to zoom out the picture once you click on it. I also suggest you add field on the filter to allow people to search for things like chiller free free parking manually the options you have are very limited.

Unprofessional agent

I contacted one the agents on whatsapp, namely, daniyal khan ( works at GD properties management), and he is the most rude and unprofessional agent to ever exist. I asked him for a picture of the building to check it appearance and outside condition, and he replied with “ I think you should go out and check by your self door to door” and accused me of wanting to go check the apartment by myself. This is unacceptable behavior. I have screenshots of the full conversation and you’d be surprised that someone working in this industry has such attitude where he should be attracting costumers and not the opposite. This is my first experience with Property Finder and surely last. I have never faced this issue with other property applications. I hope you take this complaint seriously.

Many spam ads even if marked as verified and no action taken after reporting

Sadly many ads are fake and spams, photos are not even remotely close to shared photos, when u call an agent is connecting to another agent or agents not even bother replying. Reporting leading to nowhere.I could never imagined until today it is this hard to make something as simple as renting a placeMany place are in miserable condition when checked in person no way they can be ready to be rented in a month. Please work more on ads quality unfortunately due to very minimal options and alternatives we have to continue the struggle with fake ads and helpless greedy agencies
