A horrible experience
I am appalled by how cavalier the staff are constantly blaming their ‘tab’ for not alerting them of orders. Every single time I’ve ordered I’ve been given the same pathetic excuse. Are you guys incapable of changing the tab? Upgrading notifications on your devices? WHY should the customer lose and waste time waiting for the order to be accepted? It’s an absolute joke. Do yourselves a favor and skip downloading and using the app - save your time and energy on other apps.
Can’t add address
Been trying to add my address and it just closes the app. If I try to use the map, the pin doesn’t move. Reinstalled to see if it made a difference. It didn’t. I like Lifco but impossible to use their app because it doesn’t move further OTP.
