App not working

I am a frequent movie goer and would love to use this portal to access easily anywhere but many times i tried over the apps and it is not working. I tried deleting thinking maybe its not properly updated but still the same. Sadly putting up an app like this could be much better but it really not is. Maybe your IT department can fix this.

SCAM

Fast to collect payment but late to update about event cancellation. The event was already cancelled and the tix are still available for purchase. Worst case is No option for refund nor offered a different event as replacement. Completely run away with our money
