QualityFood: Grocery Delivery 4+

The best!

Literally my new favorite grocery delivery app/company so far!
First of all, they have a wide range of the neat products in the market. High quality is indeed what they offer, only the best! And you can find almost anything on their website/app. Love that they have lots of gluten free and lactose free products.
Secondly, their delivery is right on schedule, and the products are nicely and neatly packaged, and they come to you cold and we’ll preserved because they deliver everything in vans that have controlled temperature. So you don’t get anything squeezed and nasty or hot or melted. Fantastic option if you’re ordering meat and dairy or frozen stuff.
Third and mostly importantly, they have the best customer service team! They literally got back to my email 4 minutes after I sent it!!!! And during these challenging times, it is very rare and hard to find such amazing customer service or even a coming that cares so much about its customers. I personally would rather shop somewhere with this level of service and respect.
Truly the best grocery delivery service in the UAE and I highly recommend them to anyone.

BEST GROCERY APP IN THE UAE

During these times, this app has helped me a lot in getting the things i need. They have a variety of organic products that really help us stick to our diets and let’s not forget ACAI!! Their acai is out of this world, tastes amazing, and arrives fresh and cold. And lets not forget their customer service efforts, they are very transparent, responsive, and answer my concerns immediately.
I’d recommend this app for anyone who is looking to deliver high quality foods to their door step without the hassle or lets say ‘danger’ of going to the mall to purchase our daily needs!

Bad service - خدمه سيئه

خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية، قمت بطلب العناصر واستلمت بريدًا إلكترونيًا يفيد بأن العناصر سيتم إرسالها في اليوم التالي بين الساعة 6 مساءً و 9 مساءً. ولكن تلقيت مكالمة في ساعات الصباح للتسليم! طلبت منه إلغاء الطلب، بعد دقائق قليلة تلقيت مكالمة من خدمة العملاء يتأسفون للخطأ وسيتم تسليم الطلب كما هو مذكور في البريد الإلكتروني من الساعة 6 مساءً إلى 9 مساءً ولكن لم يحدث ذلك، في اليوم الثاني تلقيت فيه مكالمة أخرى صباحية للتسليم، رفضت الاستلام واضطررت إلى طلب الإلغاء ولن أستخدم هذا التطبيق مرة أخرى.

Very bad customer service, i order items and received an email saying that the items going to be sent next day between 6pm to 9pm. But I received a call at morning hours for the delivery! I asked him to cancel the order, few minutes later i got a call from their customer service saying they are sorry and the order will be delivered as stated in the email from 6pm to 9pm but it didn’t, the 2nd day I received another morning call for the delivery, I refused and had to ask for the cancellation and will never use this app again.
