Very bad services
I waited 10 days for a hoody before cancel it, now they are sending msg you will get refund after 15 to 20 days, no tracking, no contact information. I contacted the collection point Sharjah city center and they are telling we are not responsible for any online booking, and as there are promotions you should come to in store and don’t bother about online purchase
Worst
For delivery taking so much long time and there is a no customer service contact number. A few days before I ordered still I didn't receive any order update or notification I suggest you all go to the other online stores they will provide very good service thanks.
