Appalling Service and Unresolved Issues
I am compelled to share my dreadful experience with Rehlat through this review. The level of service I received was nothing short of a nightmare. Despite booking a hotel through their platform, I arrived at the location only to discover that there was no reservation.
The customer service has been utterly useless, providing delayed and inadequate responses. Despite multiple assurances, there has been no refund, and my concerns have been blatantly ignored.
This experience has not only caused significant inconvenience but also led to additional financial burden due to the need for alternative accommodations.
I strongly advise potential users to reconsider trusting this platform. The lack of accountability, customer care, and resolution to issues is deeply concerning. My attempts to seek a refund and resolve the matter have been met with utter negligence.
Save yourself the trouble and frustration; explore alternative, more reliable platforms for your travel needs. Rehlat’s service is far from satisfactory, and my experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and compelled to pursue further action through consumer rights authorities.

Worst service and customer support
I booked a flight from rehlat for me and my family, i booked 3 tickets and paid full amount which is 5500 AED, after one day I received email from them that my booking is not confirmed and to confirm my booking i need to pay 1230 AED extra, i was shocked, I contacted the customer support and they told me yes this is what we have either pay the extra money or u can get a refund, so i told them ok i will go with the refund, but how long it will take to refund me, they reply it will take 60 days, i contacted them many times to informed them that this will ruin my vocation, because the amount is held with them and they dont want to confirm my booking because the fare has been changed and it wasn’t my fault, so the next day i searched for the same trip with the same dates on rehlat and I found out its cheaper than 5200 AED, so I contacted the support team to inform them that the ticket even is cheaper and they stoped answering.
The worst service with the worst customer support.
