Worst app ever

This is the worst app as well as worst customer service I have ever experienced. I couldn't even log on to my app after using this for a month. They started crediting amount monthly from my card but I couldn't even use any minute. There is no prompt response from customer service also for my complaints.

Facing call drop n no voice issue

It is a fantastic app but after new update facing call drop after 10 minutes of call and many a times no voice while connecting call

NO SUPPORT FROM CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

Very disappointed with the service... cant use my minutes.. even i cant get logged in... sent an email more than 5 times but still didnt received any reply... before 24 hrs i asked them to call me as i wanna talk but no reply for that... unhappy wid your service Reliance ....
