Very bad experience, not the first time
I always get my booking canceled and car is not delivered for silly reasons and money is never back
DO NOT INSTALL - FRAUD AND GREED
It is a fraud
1) their prices are higher than the market
2) the application has a bug. I booked 3 days starting 4th August at 20:30 to 7th August 20:30, system registered it as 8:30 am.
3) They deducted the full amount at booking
4) The rental company “Green Motion” was another fraud. They said you can take the car only two days as you already lost 12 hours (because of the system bug).
5) So, I told them to cancel the booking and I left.
6) now the journey starts for refund .. RentalCar, said no refund although it is their system bug and their partner is fraud.
7) They said to get PARTIAL refund, I have to do another future booking and the request will be processed in 24 hours for partial refund.
8) that was ONE WEEK back and so far nothing happened.
9) THEY ARE ONLY ACCESSIBLE through Web Chat and it disconnects all the time and you have to repeat yourself every time as they don’t maintain chat history. I have spent at least 7 hours on chatting with them and so far nothing happened
You will never get back your deposit
I have dropped the rental car almost two months ago and still have not received my deposit. Now they are requesting me to get email confirmation from card provider saying I haven’t received the money and send them the email through Customer service. Absolutely unacceptable. They will do anything to hold your money back from you. Shame on you. Used to use and like them as a car rental provider but the quality and service is going to trash.
