Convenient and user friendly
Quite convenient and user friendly, video precook feature is amazing

Overall it’s fine but the camera sometimes doesn’t get the motions properly and the recording doesn’t include all the history (maybe just couple of days).
But for security purposes for family it’s doing fine (the the live is not showing so you need to wait until it’s logged in)

Very bad product and app
There are multiple problems with the product and the app, but here are the most significant ones:
1. There is no option to turn off the vibration for the app, you only have one option to turn off vibration which is turning off the vibration for your device, which is not practical at all.
2. The technology is not good and not accurate, i get notifications for motions outside my motion zone much more than the notifications i get inside my motion zone, which makes me feel unsafe.
3. Again, technology is not good, more often than not you cannot activate live cameras and it rakes so long to be activated.
I would never have bought it if i knew about these problems. I don’t trust Ring’s technology and i don’t feel safe with the cameras around cause i don’t trust they’ll capture what they have yo capture.
