My food was delayed, plus was wrong orders. The service was horrible. The staff came to us 3 times and do nothing, they were delay more than 45 minutes.After my friend walk to them in reception, we got our food. This is not accepted at all!!!With all this mess up, my food was wrong and they give it to me and say we will get you the extra cheese in few minutes. The movie done and my extra cheese not come. My order was 2 cheese and one tomatoes sauce.To be delay in serve the food in place that need a speedy service is inefficient! I hope you focus more in customer orders to not ruined the film on them. We bought our tickets + the food half hour before the movie start. i was so angry and i didn't enjoy the film.

I really love the new Roxy Cinema app! As a housewife, I often plan family movie outings, and the old app used to be very difficult to use. I couldn’t see the timings properly, booking was a struggle, and there were no easy payment options.This new app is such a big improvement—so smooth, easy, and clear. The design looks very elegant with the black and gold theme, and booking tickets is now quick and stress-free. I especially appreciate how everything is organized and user-friendly.It truly feels like a top-class app for a top-class cinema. Thank you Roxy for making this experience so much better! 👏🍿

I am writing in response to the reservation I made with my family to watch the movie Blue Beetle in Dubai Hills Roxy Cinema, Although the show was very beautiful, and the organization of the hall was good, as usual, the level of services was below par, especially with regard bringing food on time. In previous visits, the food was late in arriving for me and my family, but in this show, the issue reached the point of not bringing some of the food at all. This is in addition to the lack of response from the staff for the messages sent through the food page, which negatively affected our visit. Providing the food at the time of the show is part of the experience of visiting the cinema, and when payment is made for food, it is to be eaten during the show and not after it ends. Therefore, my family and I might have a second thought if we decided to visit Roxy Cinemas in the future.Thanks

I’m one of your longtime Platinum members in Dubai Hills; I’ve always loved the service and experience. However, your recent app update/upgrade was such a disappointment - it didn’t recognize the old users login and requesting for a login update doesn’t even happen. It’s like a joke. Ideally, same as the rest when you update the app all the details (login and points) from your existing customers should be retained. I’ve been trying to login and book a movie for how many times and even to reset the login doesn’t even worked.
