Ok, this app is making your travel easy by having early booking feature and also you will see which time is next bus. But only 3stars because of seat reservationI wanna suggest one thing. Once the seat is booked (especially PAID) online, it should be RESERVED once the passenger arrive and not give to other passengers who came early. Simple logic, what is the sense of booking ahead of time and choosing your seat based on your convenience if it will just be given to other passengers?RAKTA should take note on this. It happened to me many times, for sure with other passengers too. Twice of which were when I was having leg injury and booked the front seats. But ended up in 3rd row. It would be of great help if they implement strict regulation on this.
One of the Worst Public Transport Apps I’ve Used

I use public transport frequently, so I expected this app to make commuting easier. Unfortunately, it does the opposite. The UI/UX is confusing and feels poorly designed, making even basic tasks frustrating. Important information isn’t presented clearly, and much of the app feels unfinished or unhelpful.The search functionality is unreliable, online booking isn’t smooth, and surprisingly, you can’t even recharge your RAKTA card through the app. For an app that’s supposed to simplify public transport, these are major shortcomings.Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating apps I’ve used. It needs a complete redesign, better usability, and features that actually work as expected.

I booked ticket for 9 october but the QR is showing ticket for 8 oct, i reached to the bus station and the bus driver refused to take me and he was so rude but at last the counter guy however manage and let me get in the bus.PS: the bus already left and i had to run to catch the bus. I am so disappointed with this app
