Feature rich
I have accounts in five other banks and SCMOBILE is the most comprehensive providing almost all banking and product options and functionalities. I now rarely login through the browser. Most notable and valuable features are for temp blocking of cards, setting transaction limits and enabling select countries where the card can be used.
Online mutual funds, equities and FX trading are features I could not find in Mobile apps of other banks I deal with.

Very confusing service
Honestly I had great hope when signing up to become a customer for SC bank, but I was proven wrong. The bank blocked my credit card for absolutely NO reason. When I called the customer service team, the agent replied me my card was not blocked. So I believed it, but I still couldn’t use my card. Next day I got a call from the agent verifying about my confidential information which I filled CORRECTLY from online banking. Ok I get it, this is for bank’s security purpose probably. But why do I get my cars blocked when I’ve done everything correct 🤪 Ugh I just don’t understand. After many days my card is still blocked, and I still don’t know why. I gave the customer service team another call, after a very long wait, all I got is that I will receive a call back in some time. At this point I’m just confused and speechless at this service. It’s not about the customer agents to be honest. This is caused by the chaotic information infrastructure at the bank. Pls respect your customers and don’t make these low level mistakes again in the future
