This company is doomed to be forgotten unless they fix their pricing

Their pricing model is 15 aed per hour instead of per usage watts. So basically for my car DEWA charges me 15 aed at 5-6kw charge (takes 10 hours), they are charging me 150 aed. Not double or triple, rather 10x for same speed.I believe the reason for this could be their business model is structured around time basis which will not work out of all cars. But I genuinely wish they listen to potential users, and not ignore.I spoke with their management only to be ignored (i have proofs)

I think the pricing of the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi chargers should be reviewed, as the charging power is very weak compared to the price per hour. In contrast, the Abu Dhabi Mall charger has a power of 22 kilowatts and is free!!

Hello,The app is charging 15 AED at the start of the session. And then the entire amount again when the session ends.I reached out to support and they said the amount is on hold and will be refunded which has never happened with me. I have share multiple screenshots and instances of this happening with the phone number 0508840718 which is mentioned on the unit I charge at.Please fix this as charging here is generally convenient for me and I would love to continue doing it without having to pay extra.
