Shein is great but could be improved

70% of my wardrobe is from Shein because it is just simply AMAZING. They have the best pieces for the best price, and the best part is that you can gain a lot of coupons and points for doing something as simple as writing a review for their clothes. Asides from all the good things about this app, I do find it hard sometimes to find what I’m looking for. I do hope that in the future Shein would fix this problem of having to spend so much time to find what your looking for because whatever you type in the search bar is useless. Furthermore, although all of the clothes look stunning in the photoshoot pictures, there are some clothes that are VERY low quality and just bad, but I wouldn't be surprised because I mean its an online shopping app so ofc you will come across something that does not look like the picture you’ve seen
. Other than that its a great app and I highly recommend you try it out.

Terms and conditions are bad

The website and application itself is really good. Very comfortable navigation. But terms and conditions are really irritating- cash on delivery possible only if the order not less then 200aed. Prices are scary cheap, so it means that quality of garments are also bad. Wanted just to check the quality, if like them will order on monthly basis. But had to order for 250, cz for me only cash is acceptable. Now I am waiting for the delivery already 6 days. Nothing is happening. Not sure already that I want to grab this order. Feel I will reject, when they call me, IF they call me🤣 for example at Namshi delivery next day, no conditions for cash, except u have to pay for delivery if order for the amount less then 200 or 300 I don’t remember exactly. Use Namshi every month, always the quality is exactly the same like on picture. The return system is the best I ever saw. Just click return or exchange, next day delivery comes to take what u don’t need tans to give what u need. At SHEIN u have to pay for delivery anyway! And also to wait forever and at the end u will receive smth horrible quality “made is basement of China” another customers complain that return or exchange also takes forever and very complicated procedure. Better to pay more and have best service and good quality.

SHEIN is great

I have been using SHEIN for over 2 years and I love it however, I have seen the prices steadily rise which is probably down to SHEIN’s growing popularity.
I love the daily check-in which is a great opportunity to receive more points (counts for money off purchases) however, I wish there were more opportunities to get points - live streams are not at the most convenient times.
I wish that seasons went beyond 3 and that there were more rewards.
I only wear dresses and SHEIN has such an eclectic collection; literally over 4000 in so many different styles. The quality is also improving. I have noticed though that all of the dresses do not appear when the ‘view all’ option is selected. I have found many dresses in the related/ similar section underneath selected items. This means that we’re missing out on items.
I would like some beauty lines added to SHEIN and plus size accessories (belts).
Shipping is fantastic and quick.
I would recommend adding a photo of the item to the bag they are sent in. This would help customers if they need to return an item as for now, we have to trawl through emails to check the corresponding ID number of the item to ensure it is being returned in the correct bag.
