I had a fraudulent transaction of approx AED 3500 on my credit card, and the way this has been handled by the bank is appalling. I’ve been following up for over 45 days, and instead of helping me resolve the issue, I am being told to pay the stolen amount myself! Not only that, but the customer service is disgraceful – I was shouted at over the phone, with the representative bluntly telling me that regular follow-ups won’t help. They have also applied a charge on the unpaid amount on my card. Is this not the bank’s responsibility to protect its customers? How is it acceptable that I’m left stranded while they refuse to address such a serious issue? The lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility is beyond disappointing. I’m appalled at how little this bank seems to care about its customers once their money is stolen.

Its a very good app much better than the old version but there is an issue when transferring to an account within uae, when i enter the (my beneficiaries) page and choose one of the previously saved accounts to transfer to them the beneficiary just disappear and I can’t transfer to them, the transfer page on the home screen doesn’t show all of my beneficiaries it just shows few of them, the other thing the app has to have copy and paste function because sometimes I want to copy my iban and sometimes i want to paste an iban, its a hassle to keep writing the iban, thanks.

App is good but its biometric so not getting registered even after attempting so many times . Otp comes and after entering it SMS also coming that biometric is activated but actually it is not. From last few days I noticed that app is suddenly stopped working and giving error. It again needs to be started for working. It’s annoying now a days.

The app is improving day by day, but it still lacks some key features that I hope will be added in the future, such as the ability to print IBAN certificates and receive notifications when the phone number is not working. The app’s UI feels outdated and could use enhancements, especially the login page, which functions but appears cluttered and unappealing. Additionally, I hope the developers make the app more responsive to fit all screen sizes and remove the white bars at the top and bottom of the screen.
