SIB Digital 4+

Its a very good app much better than the old version but there is an issue when transferring to an account within uae, when i enter the (my beneficiaries) page and choose one of the previously saved accounts to transfer to them the beneficiary just disappear and I can’t transfer to them, the transfer page on the home screen doesn’t show all of my beneficiaries it just shows few of them, the other thing the app has to have copy and paste function because sometimes I want to copy my iban and sometimes i want to paste an iban, its a hassle to keep writing the iban, thanks.

The app is overall good but missing few things when showing the account details. No IBAN or account number is shown when you click on “ Card details”. Please enhance the UI for better experience.

I downloaded the new app and i surprised from the looking , it’s very good and very easy , very smooth for transfer between accounts , on Friday i called the call center to know how to register on the new app and they very helpful with me , so actually the five star for the call center , well done guys
