Needs an overall redesign and add more services.
The overall experience of the application must be updated. It lacks of services such as: 1) I cannot turn on/off the online payment to buy from online websites. 2) I can not find my IBAN number. 3) I cannot do anything at the app that will not make me call the service center.
Please update the interface and add more options to the application. Thanks for you effort.
Issue needs to be fixed
When i try to recharge my prepaid card.
After i set the amount and go to next page for otp. Then after i receive the otp and type it am not able to press on “submit”
Because this option doesn’t show and am not able to scroll down.
Please fix this issue
Current version 1.7 has an issue. For any transfer transaction, after OTP, submit button doesn’t appear. After several re logins it might work; mostly doesn’t. Kindly fix the issue ASAP. Waiting for a stable version with better options and services included.
