Subscription:
- Simply South Monthly Subscription Plan: The Simply South Monthly Pack (billed as "Simply South Subscription Plans") purchase is valid for 30 days and will be re-billed every 30 days year-round by Apple iTunes until cancelled by the user. The customers subscribed to this pack will be able to watch all Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu Language content during their subscription period. Apple iTunes will send a monthly e-mail well in advance of renewal containing a hyperlink to manage the subscription. Apple iTunes subscriptions can be managed from a mobile device or computer that uses the same Apple ID as the initial purchase. Simply South cannot manage Apple iTunes subscriptions.
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions may be managed & auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
• Users registering to Simply South iOS app will enable them to access the content from any of their iOS devices.
• The users can also skip registration and browse the app to see the content available in the app.

Paid but app is still asking me to pay
I already upgraded by paying for a year which is AED 200 and when i try to watch a movie again it is asking me to upgrade and when i click on restore again its asking to pay what the heck must be reported as there is no phone number to contact only thing is to give my details and also it takes more than months to get in touch simply waste of money i could have use this money for something else
Different Prices
Dear Simply south
I subscribed one month, in my app it shows 24+ AED , but when I go to your website from Laptop it shows a different price of 19 AED
Could you please explain why this difference. Why was I charged more ? Even Netflix don’t do this 🤷🏻.
Content is good, quality is good, I don’t have much complaints. Except audio is not that great, Atleast not for all movies. My surround system rear channels give distortion. Not all movies are true 5.1.
Worst app and doesn’t work after in app purchases
This is one of the worst OTT app. It shows the purchases in IOS subscriptions but not valid when launching the app. They have the worst customer service. No number or email to contact. Only option is to contact via the app but no responses for weeks.
This app should be removed from IOS to avoid more customers getting trapped.
