Missing u lots!

Dear Skype and all users of this community,
I am here today to write to you about how Skype really did have an impact on getting to communicate and interact with family around the globe. I can assure you most of you users are missing Skype in the UAE as it has been a spectacular and reliable website for everyone to enjoy and use. Reading all of your thoughts and improvements make me think about the old days and about why Skype would leave our country. We have always loved this revolutionary family-friendly site. So as a result, I would like to bring back all the fun you UAE viewers had back when Skype was available in the UAE. Through my experience, Skype has helped me in such a way that it could possibly help my family’s sickness. Thank you Skype for keeping us happy.

Difficulty to sign in

I just wanted to mention that you made the sign in process really hard. I thought I was the only one, but apparently everyone around me is struggling as well. If one forgot the password it became a nightmare to get it back. To make a new account is even worse. All this security processes you have makes people devastated. On top of it there are some glitches and even if I followed all the instructions I couldn’t go through.
After you ve lost half of your clients to WhatsApp and FaceTime, you should try so hard to bring them back, instead you do it very hard to connect to Skype. I tried 3-4 times and I just gave up. It’s really a pity to see how you manage it.

Perfect but some problems

Hi guys this is perfect for chatting calling and… . And it has so many new stickers and gifs and… But there are some problems that I think those need to be fixed. For example you can’t zoom your one picture when you are calling someone. Or anyone can chat with you and this is a bit annoying! And when my Germany teacher sent me PDFs I could not open it !!! Please fix these problems please!!
