Smart Home Automation has nailed it with this app. It's a game-changer for anyone who wants a smart, connected home!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with them, and I must say it was one of the worst service encounters I've ever had. From start to finish, it was an absolute nightmare.

Firstly, the communication was abysmal. It took ages for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they finally did answer by the owner, his response was vague and unhelpful. I described him the issue then he said I’m busy and I will reach out my technical team, after that no answer from them at all

Their smart thermostats stopped working as expected after 4 weeks from the installation, I called them to describe the issues, the company owner (Ashraf Nouri) answered my call, I described him the issue then he said I’m busy and I will reach out my technical team, after that no answer from them at all!, kept calling, sending emails, messages over WhatsApp and no answer at all, They left me for a week without air-condition during hot days, I had to bring a technician to find out what’s the issue, after investigations, he found out the smart thermostat they installed is only a circuit breaker to switch off/on the AC when meet the target temperature, ignoring the AC functionalities of (fan speed, operation modes of heat, dehumidification, dry air). The technician reverted the AC to the original state by operation the AC manually from its thermostat.

Overall, my experience was incredibly disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. There are plenty of other service providers out there who value their customers and take pride in their work.
