SpiceJet – Book Cheap Flights 4+

I came to my hometown Delhi from Dubai on 25th June. My company people got my ticket booked through their agent where I work. I went to get a boarding pass for checking in my baggage. The Spicejet agent sitting there told me, Ma'am your weight is only allowed at 25+7 Your trolley's weight is extra, I told them that 30+7 is written on my ticket, why are you saying that it is 25+7, they said our policy has changed from last month, after that any customer who will make a booking should have 25+7, I said I do not know, all this has been done by my company people, this ticket is not my fault, Spicejet people say that you should talk to your agent, we can't do anything in this.
I struggled so much that day I started crying at the airport itself but neither my agent accepted his mistake nor the Spicejet people. I faced so much problem there. My flight was SG-12 which was coming from Dubai to Delhi. That day I went and talked to the customer service of Spicejet again and again but I did not get any help.

I booked flight on may 15, 2022 and cancelled within few hours via customer care. The representative who cancelled my ticket told me that refund will be done in few days. Its been more than 45 days now and yet no response. Its 1 lakh Indian rupee that they owe me.. i am not in the position to pay this extra amount to bank. I am in a very bad situation.
