PLEASE HELP.
i have premium, but whenever i skip songs and try to go back it doesn’t let me and gives me a song i already listened to. I tried to go back and the song randomizes. I did almost everything i’m sure, i deleted the app (which caused me to lose everything i downloaded), i restarted my phone and restarted the app. please help with this issue or give me tips to fix this because i would accidentally skip something and can’t go back when on my playlist. Thank you alot (i love this app a lot and use it all the time. even paid for premium for a year so please help)
I CANT BELIEVE THEM
I wanted to hear a song one song but I couldn’t because it kept putting me in a weird play list and when I tried to skip the weird songs so I can listen to what I want to listen to i could not because I wanted to wait an hour so I could but I don’t have time and it was so annoying and then when I tried to go and search for another person who may have the song In a play list so I can hear it I couldn’t but I found some and when I tried to hear it the app kicked me out and said that I was gr00m€1ng a minor like what how it’s a SONGSS APP WHYY AND HOWWW plus I Am a minor so like are you all good and then I deleted the app and downloaded it again because I wanted to hear the SONG and I made a new acc then when I went in my acc a question popped out in my screen saying why am I a p!d0ph1l3 like ARE YIU ALL OK?? So I said in the box I am not and two minutes after I get asked a question that says hey don’t lie we know the truth just be cool with us and we won’t call the police I mean what do you mean?? (I just made up this story because I can did you all like it?)
My honest review
I love this app, My disappointment is in the hard navigation system and there’s been a lot of adds. At first for the few days there wasn’t adds maybe I was using the trial but now after a song or two there’s ads which is kinda botheration, not only that, it’s so hard to navigate only in the mobile version of the app, please make it a simpler one by a sooner update. Also, the skip area is really frustrating, on the desktop version, there’s no issue with the skip area, but here we can’t skip more than 6 time an hour! I mean that’s harsh, it is such a basic feature that is missing. Other than that… Well… I’m in love with this app. Thanks for such a great app except for the problems.
