I tried updating my payment method since I got a new card and the old one isn’t active anymore. All it did is charge my card 1 aed. I did it twice thinking there was a glitched hoping that the 2 aed will be deducted on the total amount I owed, but it didn’t. I tried writing on the customer service to ask how to update the payment method, and their response is the same action I did which obviously not working. Now i’m left with no clue on how to settle the balance. I don’t want my credit score to be affected so I wanted to settle the bill on time but seems like i’m not getting enough/proper support. I loved your app because it give me ease in buying things and paying on a later time but now i’m having this nightmare. All I just want is to pay the bill. 🫤

Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please note that the 1AED is a standard process to determine the card is active and this is just an AUTH which will be refunded by the bank. Good application but problem is there is a limit
Overall experience is good it helps to split the payments but I wanted to increase my credit limit.. I am regularly using spotii I don’t know why you are not increasing my limit to 5000 aed. Please requesting to increase my limit. Thank you
