App does not work

I reside outside India and policy holder for the last 5 years. I am trying to open the app with email ID & PW and also with mobile number for several weeks but unsuccessful.

It’s so frustrating. None of the contact numbers that are available on website work. I sometime wonder if the company is still alive or dead.

Message I receive is “Access denied for this URL”.

I don’t understand what kind of app is this?

I keep sending emails to customer service with no response or simply assurance that it is being looked into but no resolution to the issue.

Extremely poor experience with company and the app.

Not able access

I am residing out of india and i am not able to track the policy. I tried with online without app as well its not getting access. Its more than 6 months i have raise the concern and haven’t received any updates till now.
