Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, and your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The last I experienced star gazing was as a kid, driven by a close friend who would take hours to set up the telescope on the perfect night. And the moment we had the controls, we would move it back to watch the earthly creatures, albeit upside down. This was many years ago. Since then, and with the advent of Star Walk, it's opened a completely new interest area for a novice, and in turn is also engaging my 5 year old. Intuitive, informative, dynamic, current an very well packaged App. Well done!
