Description

The STAT-ON APP works together with the STAT-ON external device. This device is worn in the waist and by using a single sensor, advanced algorithms, and signal processing methods, can monitors and records the patient’s motors symptoms related with Parkinson Disease. The device contains an accelerometer, rechargeable battery for 7 days, data storage of at least 1 year.

The function of this APP consists in providing an interface to set-up, configure, manage, and generate the reports with the information collected by the STAT-ON device.

Though your iPhone or iPad the healthcare profesional enters the patient data and configure some specific values of each person. Once this step is done, the STAT-ON device works autonomously. As long as it is carried by the patient, it does not need any type of actuation nor connection.

Since the STAT-ON device is not invasive, the patient might use it in normal life, carrying the sensor in a comfortable and discreet belt, while the Holter registers its motor status at every moment of the day.

At the end of the monitoring period, the healthcare professional can directly download and save the report through this APP.

The Holter don't provide any type of diagnosis, but with the information provided in the temporary charts, health professionals can accurately determine the true state of a patient and determine the best treatment in each case.
