Log in issues

I had log in issues a few days back and reached out to the bank. The team responded quickly and clearly. I was still unable to fix the issue so reached out again and Anusha called me today and helped sort out the issue. She was patient and very helpful. Thanks so much. The only part I will mention is that it was stressful as there is no one on call on Sunday if a client has issues that cannot wait until Monday to fix. I see banking as a service industry so maybe a skeletal staff would help.

I just installed the app in iPhone 14 max pro found that application response time is very slow and despite multiple touch I am not able to execute the transaction
