Great payment app from an amazing company. Has streamlined and automated our payment processing from our website, invoices and unlocked new options for our customers.
Horrible service
Stripe sent me generic massages, it’s a new website, I have never sold a single thing on my website. There's literally no money in there , but you claim "suspicious" funds talking about refunding when I have never sold a thing. I was told to submit documents, but the upload box only has space for one file, I submitted the file in email. There was no response, no option to speak with a real person who can guide me through this process—only these generic emails. Went online and found out this is the same messages you send to other businesses, you randomly come up with this same pattern, deliberately make it impossible for people to solve their problems. You ruin peoples business and make them go bankrupt whenever you feel like.
The worst onboarding experience
Service has been terrible, faceless, robotic and worse than an ancient bank. Decided not to proceed with using Stripe after such a terrible onboarding experience. They accused me of having fake documents. Yet they were 100% real and government issued. On Monday they approved my passport as valid. On Friday I had an email to say it is no longer valid. I had 4 separate people email me saying they will help over the course of 1 week and none of them helped me. They all sent 1 or 2 emails then disappeared. So disappointed.
