Netease for the sake of god please listen to this

Ok so for the past 2-3 weeks NA, JP AND KR servers are not working and many people think the servers are getting hacked, and only ASIA server is fine like how come is this possible, so pls pls netease I’m asking u politely as fast as possible try and fix this problem , like this game is addictive and many ppl legit cant live a day without a game including me ofc, so pls fix these servers and their hacks, thank you n I hope u take this srsly!

Hacker’s issue

I played this game for almost 5 months now, it is really nice game and its so fun to play with new friends. But the problem here is so many hackers in this game many players already reported plenty of time including me, but no action at all. I literally give this 5 star rating game but I decided to give it s 3 star instead. Please, make the hackers ban in this game so some players enjoy playing this game it without issues. Thank you
