SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & TERMS
Sweat is free to download. Ongoing use requires an active subscription, available on a monthly or yearly basis. New customers who choose a monthly subscription are eligible for a free trial period. Yearly subscriptions are billed the total annual fee from purchase date. Monthly subscription users are billed per month.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing.

It’s packed with everything that’s made her Bikini Body Guides an international sensation, including short 28-minute workouts (minimal equipment needed), customizable meal plans, and global fitness challenges. Plus, good news for devoted fans: Sweat also offers targeted programs designed for weights, yoga, and post-pregnancy. Kayla and her crew of awesome trainers are here to root you on.

Great app design, and if you get bored of your workouts you can always try another trainer within the app based on what you feel like doing: HIIT, Yoga, Power Lifting, Foam Rolling.. it’s all on here with clear instructions regardless of your fitness level SWEAT has you covered. The weekly planner and dashboard helps you see how far you’ve come along and what you have left for the week. Everything you need is within the app; even access to the blog and community so you can learn more from women all over the world and get more information to supplement your lifestyle and maximize your results. All you need is the motivation to use the app and give it your 100%. Take one week at a time and you’ll see your body change. I get bored easily and I’m 8 weeks into the app and still motivated. (That’s a record for me)

You get a meal plan too (which I haven’t used) but regardless I feel stronger and better in myself with the workouts alone.

You really do sweat!

All my life I have trained with a PT. Never was motivated to do it on my own. Then COVID-19 happened and I needed a solution to not stay lazy. I researched so many apps and saw how popular this one was so decided to try it.

I have NEVER EVER sweat as much as I have with this app. The feeling you get afterwards is so rewarding. Everything is so perfectly well designed. I’ve been using it for less than a month and I already feel great and gotten addicted to this. I think once I can go back to the gym, I will definitely stick to it. They even have meals planned for you. Though I don’t utilise it because I don’t have time to prepare my meals as I’m working from home but for those who can, strongly recommend you follow it.

I just wish it had reformer pilates workouts as well. That would be awesome. Consider it perhaps?
