Customer experience
I’m very happy with Swiggy but had an issue with one of my earlier order where 1 dish was missing .
I tried my level best to raise the issue but the app was not getting loaded to flag off the issue .
Please have a user friendly method for customer companies & feedback which make your App more customer friendly
Worst customer service
Hi,
One of the swiggy customer is using my email Id for her account. I am living in Dubai and I don’t have any idea how someone is using my mail id for her account. When I mailed customer service on Oct 20, 2023 they tried to contact that customer but they were not able to reach her. Till now they didn’t took any action against the account. I am mailing from the same mail id she is using in her account and asking them to remove my mail id from her account. But till now they are waiting for the customer to pick the call. What kind of ridiculous service this is? Is this how you guys run a customer service? If you can’t solve a problem why the hell do you have customer service?

Terrible Terrible User experience
I placed an order from a local restaurant, and they failed to deliver one of the items ordered. No big deal, I thought… and promptly try to raise this thru Swiggy to get the missing item delivered or refunded. Hit a brick wall. Despite trying every possible option, Swiggy’s confusing maze Chatbot has no provision to seek a refund, or even connect to a human… instead resorting to poorly scripted responses and auto closed chat intercations. And offering some stupid coupon as an apology, instead of actually solving my concern. Such a pathetic and shameful standard of handling an exception. Shows how little the actual customer seems to matter.
