Switch 4 School is an app that combines an emotional check-in for students with proven psychological strategies for better emotional regulation. Through a unique anonymised process, the app leverages and empowers the trust circle of the teacher and student to promote honest reflection and quality longitudinal and immediate data related to level of sleep, emotion, and emotion intensity. The check-in is quick, easy, is often done in conjunction with roll call, and works for in-person, remote, or hybrid classroom situations. The Switch for schools effectively partners with, and empowers, your schools current mental health and well-being programs, ensuring consistency of language and visual aids to avoid confusion or cognitive overload.
