Suddenly refuses to login

All of a sudden trying to login but it always gives a message saying “You’re inactive. Please contact with admin”. So please fix this.I wrote a review earlier complaining about some technical issues during my login and gave them 1 star. They immediately took action to fix my problem when I contacted their support team and fixed the problem in less than 24 hrs. I truly respect you and appreciate your hard efforts to make us enjoy your app. I would like to add I’ve been using this app for more than 2 years and I enjoy it much. Recommended to everyone who is looking for a good vpn app and respectful developer who is looking for his customer’s satisfaction, you really deserve the 5 stars. Thank you.

Been their customer for two years now and subscribed again, though price went high a bit due to new updates but they provided it for 5 devices so still favorable for me.At rare cases, i cannot connect or sometimes the connection is getting slow. But that's rare! I hope that it won't happen that the more Symlex gets customers, the more the connection goes slower.More power!
