Increase the installment plan

I love the way you guys giving us an opportunity to buy anything with installment plan for maximum 4 month.. but sometime I think four months is not enough to pay the installment and you guys should increase the installment plan from four month to 12 month… that would really help other customers as well.. obviously you will approve 12 month installment plan for those customer who has already made good record with Tabby… likewise how you guys increase the amount of Tabby.. same way as you can increase the installment plan as well.. I think that would be a great feature for any customer…Though i love the tabby app..

Customer support is not a customer support

I lost my wallet, which prompted me to block my card and request a replacement from my bank. During this process, I discovered that I had a final payment due in the following days, coinciding with the scheduled delivery of my replacement card. I contacted Tabby customer service to inquire about the possibility of making the payment via bank transfer. Fortunately, I was able to make the payment successfully and received confirmation from my bank that it had been transferred to Tabby Account. As usual, I updated the customer service with the receipt of the transfer and the SMS confirmation from my bank. However, they have not updated my payment status and have only extended the due date, insisting on refunding me. I have repeatedly informed them that this payment is final for the transaction so how they will refund me and there was no refund issue on what i did. I asked them repeatedly to closed my payment on this specific transaction but with no success. I hope there is a government entity where i can address this matter, as I am a responsible customer who pays on time and fulfills payment obligations, and I seek fair treatment and swift action from tabby management. Once I finish my other payments, I intend to cancel this account. If there is option not to give a star i will NOT provide a star.

Worst Reasons & Worst App

I really don’t know if it’s only for First Timers. Just know that Tabby is Fooling their Customers. This is a Business Trick. People see Pay 4 in Installments and plan things accordingly. But when anyone buys a iPhone for Example. They will say it’s a huge amount and they can’t do nothing about that because the App is Automated. People believe in such Nonsense where they say App is automated. Then think if App takes your money without you noticing, they will be having the same reason the App is automated and refund you back if you find out about it. But some people won’t. That’s their profit. Because it’s a Valid Reason. For me they were like saying buy something where the amount will be less and then increase my limit. If I can’t buy things at that minute. Then why the hell should I keep this App ?. I was so happy at first when I heard about this App because there are people like me who doesn’t even have a credit card. But After trying to buy things which is higher price. I just came to know that This is purely business. Until and unless Tabby changes their Automated Response I will prefer Tamara. That’s even more good I would say.
