Hell of an experience.

My first ever review but they truly deserve it. Ordered baskin robbins, which is like 5 mins away and the ice cream is prepared already so it’s a very simple pick up and deliver type of thing wouldn’t you think? Nope, not with them. It took almost 2 hours.. each time they come up with different excuses, the chat agent, Ahmed, replies with attitude.. as if I’m mistaken for being angry. First time I contacted him he didn’t even bother to reply.. second agent told me that he’s really sorry for the delay and a compensation will be put into my wallet.. that obviously didn’t happen, back to Ahmed again and then he was like “you want to cancel?” I wish I could upload screenshots of everything so you’d see yourself.. HORRIBLE.

Failed service

I order my food around 3pm and they mention it my food will come at 3:55 and the rider pick up my food in the restaurant around 3:35 and suddenly change in my food timing to 4:05 4:15 4:25 4:30 4:40 and the last to make decisions to cancel my order i know that is know seems this is know should be more better to make the customer to be a fan of your service but no

Just received my order in 25 minutes

There are some negative reviews but when I tried it I find that they have improved their services a lot. We it comes to my experience I just received my first order in 25 min. So I think I will use this app again.
