What to do with the diamond

I got to level 91 then a diamond appeared. There are no instructions so had to delete the app

When I see ads about the game the people In the ad don’t know how to do the level it’s hard but when I see it I know how to do it

Addicting game. But way too many ads. You’ll see at least 3 ads per level. Ads are longer than you play every level.
