This is wrong !!!

This is my 4th time, facing the same problem for the 4th time please do something better.
The problem is this.. If I want to send money to someone, you have to cut down the Oasi time and get late.. or you fail the transaction. .you tell us there is no limit or it's a wrong number .. but you guys deduct money first and then you guys are telling that your transaction failed .. now it's been 5 days tap tap mine Deduct money from my bank but it's still in process... How?

Proof of address

This app is not giving exact instruction. They need documents to verify your address and so I sent the tenancy contract of my sister where I live. Now , they sent me an email stating that they need to have a supporting document that indicates your name and your address. Now, if you are living with your parents or with your sibling so how could that be possible when it appears on the utility bill or tenancy contract ? One of the instructions on the email is to update my address on my profile and send another proof of address with my name on it like a remittance document. So I struggled to look for one, then when I found one but with another address. I went to my profile and about to change my address but the application does not allow me . So I emailed again the support team to change the address on their end and attached my proof of address. Unfortunately, they replied that the document that I have provided is more than 6 months. This is such a big hassle. I already sent money successfully using this app but on the second one I cannot because they need to verify my address . I am so disappointed!!!

Too many verification and does not add my bank account

Other money sending applications only ask for Emirates ID, but Taptap ask too much like bank statement, etc to confirm the registered address. Do you not know that most people in the UAE are expats and they changed address most of the time? My bank account address was my company address and I live in a different place. Tbh, not everyone can afford to own an apartment hence we don't have ejari or house utilities under our name. And one thing, other money sending apps dont connect to online bank account, its either we write our card details for payment or thru apple pay. You should change your system and be available for everyone. Emirates ID is already enough identification for sending money.
