Description
Tasleeh is an app in which the customers can generate maintenance tickets regarding technical services such as Electrical, Aluminum, AC, Painting, Plumbing, and so on. Customers can track all the activities that Tasleeh will perform on the tickets like when the technician will start his trip to the customer and when the technician will arrive and also the customer can view, approve and decline the quotes. It allows technicians to start jobs related to their ticket and finish jobs as well. Customers can track technician's locations on the map.

NO RESPONSE!!!
When We moved in our apartment everything is not fixed, even the walls are not painted and we requested for the maintenance 1 week ago. I needed to go to the maintenance office to sort everything. And now there's a lot not yet fixed and even when the first maintenance is done its still pending in the app. I already requested for the followup and there is still no response its alrdy a couple of days!
Worst service, no response
I have 2 tickets open since 15 days. No body addressed the issue for almost a month. Later it was resolved but ticket is still open. Now there are lighting issues but I’m unable to open a new ticket . It says please wait until previous tickets are closed.
The worst experience
I have never seen a app like this which is of no use. You can’t even update one complaint. And they don’t update from their side of the complaint is resolved or not so we cannot update another complaint. No contact numbers nothing to reach these people. Worstest ever.
