No wonder, worst customer care. I made 13 calls just to update my phone number and it’s been 2 months, still the same. They don’t even provide a ticket # to follow up next time. They should hire some staff who is ready to work. Customer care staff thinks that their job is only to attend calls. They don’t know resolving the issue is also their responsibility.

للاسف البرنامج كان شغال معايا كويس
لكن اتصلت بيا امس موظفه تبع التعاونيه وقالتلي احدث البرنامج لاخر اصدار
وبعد التحديث البرنامج لا يعمل
بعد الدخول على الحساب الشاشة لا تستجيب
تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء طلب مني اغير الحوال 😱
بالله هل يعقل ذلك ؟
البرنامج كان شغال زي الفل على جهاز ايفون اكس والان لا يعمل
هل التعاونية بتشتري لنا جوال جديد حتى يعمل البرنامج عليه ام تقوم باصلاح الخلل في التحديث ؟
